What is Blue Hound Brew?
Blue Hound Brew is a Nashville-based coffee company dedicated to crafting smooth, ready-to-drink cold brew lattes and expertly roasted coffee. We set out to redefine canned coffee—because finding a rich, non-bitter cold brew shouldn’t be a challenge. Frustrated by the overly processed, lackluster options on the market, we knew there had to be a better way. So we created one. With a focus on quality, innovation, and excellence, we’re here to change the way you experience coffee—one can at a time.
Where did the name come from?
We named Blue Hound Brew as a tribute to our love for coffee and dogs. Inspired by the Bluetick Coonhound—the state dog of Tennessee and the beloved mascot of the University of Tennessee—we wanted a name that reflects our Nashville roots. More than just a name, it’s a commitment: we proudly donate a portion of our profits to local animal shelters and charities, ensuring every sip supports a great cause.

Why cold brew?
Unlike traditional drip coffee, cold brew is slowly steeped in filtered water over time, resulting in a smoother, bolder, and less bitter flavor. This makes it the perfect base for our lattes, allowing the rich coffee taste to shine without being overpowered by acidity or bitterness.
How long is a can of Blue Hound Brew good for?
We use a retort filling process to ensure shelf stability for up to 12 months. The best part? No preservatives!
Do the cans have to be refrigerated?
No, our canned lattes do not require refrigeration—they're shelf-stable and are shipped without temperature control. However, for the best drinking experience, we recommend enjoying them chilled or poured over ice.
How much caffeine is in each can?
Each of our cold brew lattes contains between 100-120 mg of caffeine—just the right amount to keep you energized without the jitters.

Blue Hound Brew proudly partners with those who share our commitment to ethical sourcing and superior tasting coffee. Every batch is traceable down to the farm and co-op.
We currently source specialty grade coffee beans from Brazil, Columbia, Costa Rica, and Guatemala.
