The wait is officially over, Nashville. After months of designing, dialing in lines, and completely reimagining what a modern coffee shop can look like, the countdown to opening day has begun.

The official Grand Opening of the Blue Hound Brew flagship storefront is Saturday, June 27th!

We are opening the doors to Middle Tennessee's very first entirely espresso-free draft coffee bar. If you’re looking for the smoothest cold brew in town, a brand-new specialty beverage experience, or your new favorite morning ritual, we can't wait to welcome you in.

Redefining the Café Experience: The No-Espresso Draft Bar

When you walk into our new space, you won't hear the loud, constant grinding of espresso beans or the hiss of a traditional steam wand. Instead, you'll see a clean, streamlined counter anchored by an innovative, state-of-the-art nitrogen and tap system.

Traditional espresso and hot brewing methods rely on high heat and intense pressure, which can easily extract bitter compounds and heavy acids from the coffee beans. By dedicating our bar entirely to premium, slow-steeped cold brew, we eliminate that burnt, acidic aftertaste completely.

Nashville’s First Latte on Draft

We are taking our signature BHB Nitro Bar program to the ultimate level by launching Nashville’s first-ever draft latte. We keg our specialty cold brew alongside premium ingredients and infuse the entire batch with nitrogen under high pressure. When pulled from the tap, it creates a gorgeous, cascading micro-foam head—giving you an incredibly creamy, velvet-smooth iced latte experience without a single artificial texture booster or thickener.

The Innovation of the Cold Brew Hot Tap

Want a warm drink? We’ve got you covered. Our innovative cold brew hot tap takes our signature, low-acid cold brew and flash-heats it perfectly on demand. You get a piping-hot cup of black coffee or a warm, frothy latte that is naturally smooth, incredibly rich, and entirely free of bitterness. Plus, because it pours straight from a tap, your morning rush just got a whole lot faster.

A draft system is only as good as what goes into the kegs. Just like our popular canned lattes, our coffee shop menu is built on a strict quality promise.

  • 100% Organic, Pasture-Raised Milk: We ensure every single draft latte is crafted with rich, ethically sourced, pasture-raised whole milk. No cheap powdered bases, gums, or chemical stabilizers.

  • Homemade Syrups Only (No Monin or Torani): You won't find rows of mass-produced, hyper-sweet commercial plastic pump bottles behind our counter. We reject the standard Monin and Torani syrups used by conventional chains. Instead, we craft our signature flavor syrups completely from scratch in-house, giving our menu a distinctly clean, balanced flavor profile that lets the coffee actually shine.
